Welcome to BDM! Founded in the summer of 2014 in Chicago, we are dedicated to introducing and inspiring inner-city youth and student athletes about the exciting business side of sports. Our mission is educate them about the diverse career opportunities that exist beyond the game. With over 90% of our participants gaining valuable knowledge, we proudly all-expenses-paid excursions to NBA and WNBA All-Star Weekend, where they can experience the of sports firsthand. By shifting their focus towards more positive and productive paths, we aim to show them that there is much more to basketball and football than just the game itself. These sports can open doors to various life skills, teamwork, and leadership that can shape their futures in meaningful ways. We inspire them to explore the limitless possibilities beyond the court and field!
